The Well Public House opens at 10 a.m. daily and closes at 10 p.m., or at midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Plan the ride home first
Pick your leaving time before you head out, not at the table. Look up the current BC Transit times for stop 101251, Island Hwy at Wilfert Rd, across Island Highway from the casino. Route 95 signed "Blink - to Downtown" and routes 48 and 61 signed "Downtown via Colwood" all end at Legislature Exchange. The guide gives no bus times: they change with each schedule, and BC Transit publishes the current ones.
Friday and Saturday nights need a little more thought. The floor stays open until 4 a.m., which may run past the last bus of the night. Keep a plan B ready: a ride with a friend, or a taxi you book yourself ahead of time. On the island, a rain jacket in the bag rarely goes to waste.
